Great news—there are already a couple of ways to do this! If you have Core, you can click the Q&A interlinking icon next to the Developmental Milestones header in your digital Core to create a session with only those subtopic questions. Alternatively, in the mobile app, swipe to your Pediatrics Qbank+ and you can tap "My Progress", navigate to Growth and Development, and select Developmental Milestones to generate a Q&A session just for that topic.
