Improve full screen interface for video review

When doing the Video Board review and increasing the screen to full size, all the interface option buttons disappear (i.e back 15 sec, back 45 sec, etc.). They should still be there in the full screen option. I need to use those buttons, but hate trying to click the right spot on the time bar so generally have to keep the screen minimized, which then makes it hard to watch depending on where I am.
