Add highlighting and improve strike-out features.
The user experience of questions could by improved by more closely mimicing technology used in the actual exam, namely highlighting in the question stem and improved answer-strike through options (currently), strike through is not available after an answer is selected and when returning to review a question previously striked questions no longer show the strike through).
