Aggregate information on percentage of questions correct based on systems

I think it would be helpful to be able to look at our overall performance and see the percentage of questions correct based on which systems so that we know which systems to focus on.

Enable a search function at the beginning of the core home page.

Currently, in order to search for something in Core you must enter a topic first. This would streamline searches when you are unsure under which topic to look for it first.
